Gord AxfordA native of this area, Gord is one of the Tri-Cities top Realtors with 27 years of consecutive service. He has been involved in over 2500 home sales and is in the top 1% of all Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board. Gord is one of the partners in Prudential Sterling Realty which has operated since 1987. Prior to general real estate, Gord worked for the largest development company in Western Canada as their area sales manager. He also has extensive experience in the design and development of raw land and new home construction as he was a former co-founder and part owner of a local building company.
Kevin AxfordKevin's academics include a degree in marketing and an M.B.A. His outgoing energy and innovations has improved our sales volume through increased marketing efforts, and he continues the development of our team's marketing strategies, overall vision and direction. Kevin is now licensed as an Associate Broker having completed additional education in real estate. He has also recently completed a term as a Divisional Director for the Real Estate Board.
Cheryl AxfordAlso a native of this area, Cheryl had a background in technology before becoming licensed in 1991. She has put this technical knowledge to use and handles the daily management of the business along with multi-tasking the intricate details that should not be overlooked. Cheryl was also active with the Real Estate Board and served as a Division Director.
Greg's past management experience has helped us implement and modify systems to become even more efficient. He is also technologically driven and has played a leading role in our website and internet presence, development and design. Clients find his methodical patience and knowledge a refreshing change to past experiences. Having lived in Asia, his ability to speak Mandarin is an asset due to increasing immigration.
