    Gord Axford
    A native of this area, Gord is one of the Tri-Cities top Realtors with 27 years of consecutive service. He has been involved in over 2500 home sales and is in the top 1% of all Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board. Gord is one of the partners in Prudential Sterling Realty which has operated since 1987. Prior to general real estate, Gord worked for the largest development company in Western Canada as their area sales manager. He also has extensive experience in the design and development of raw land and new home construction as he was a former co-founder and part owner of a local building company.
