This past week the Tri-City Real Estate Market saw 164 new listings put on the Multiple Listing Service with 73 sales. This means that there is still lots of choice for buyers. Currently there are 546 detached homes available in Coquitlam, 177 in Port Coquitlam, and 148 in Port Moody. As far as condos and town-homes, there are currently 625 available in Coquitlam, 260 in Port Moody, and 280 in Port Coquitlam. Inventory levels are at an all time high throughout Greater Vancouver and we foresee it to be a buyers market until inventory levels decline.
