Questions you should ask your realtor before you give them the job.
- How long have you been selling Real Estate?
- How many homes have you sold in my area?
- Are you ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the Greater Vancouver Area?
- How much are you willing to spend on marketing?
- How many forms of print advertising will you do?
- Besides MLS and your homepage, how will you promote my home over the internet?
- Do you provide regular feedback reports to sellers?
- If I call you, will I get YOU or someone taking messages?
- If you list the home, how long before it goes on the MLS?
- Do you live in the area?
- Do you know local agents to promote my home?
- Do you provide colour feature sheets to promote my home?
- What percentage of your listings sell?
- How many days on average does it take you to sell a home?
- How do you negotiate your offers to ensure success?
