Kevin's academics include a degree in marketing & an M.B.A. He has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 2006 and as a Property Manager since 2011. Kevin grew up and worked with parents as REALTORS® in Coquitlam. His outgoing energy & innovations have improved sales volume, and he continues the development of marketing strategies, overall vision and direction. Kevin is a Principal of Axford Real Estate and the Managing Broker. He is active in different aspects of real estate and helps oversee the day-to-day activities of the Brokerage including the Axford Property Management division.

Originally from Ottawa, Kate moved to Vancouver in 2007 and began her property management career.

Jenny wears a lot of hats around the office. She primarily is involved with bookkeeping and accounting; however, she also works at the front desk during the evenings and weekends handling overall administration. Website auditing, editing listings, and making sure t's are crossed and i's are dotted is in her essence! Her meticulous personality is a bonus for our clients!
